Q: Where are you located?
A: We are a family owned boutique business located in Charleston, SC.
Q: I have a discount code. Where do I enter it?
A: To enter your code you will need to be in the checkout section of your order. If you have any trouble or the code is not working, please use the chat feature or call us at 843-732-1788 so we can fix it for you right away.
Q: I just placed an order. When will it arrive?
A: Please allow 1-3 days to allow us to prepare your order for shipping. You will automatically receive an email with tracking information as soon as the shipping label is created. We have listed the average transit days in the description of each item. We may also ship items in separate packages in order to reduce shipping times.
Q: How do I make a return for my online purchase?

We are committed to providing you with a seamless online shopping experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please send an email to thepalmettoporch.sc@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.
Each item may be returned within 10 days of receiving your shipment if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if there is an issue so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please carefully review the product description prior to purchase.
